Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 September 2026
1. General
These Terms govern the relationship between NameYourCar.store (the “Seller”) and anyone using the website nameyourcar.store (the “Customer”). By using the site you accept these Terms.
2. Products and prices
We make custom UV-printed licence plate frames. A standard set consists of two frames — front and rear.
Prices are shown in euro on each product page and include VAT where applicable. We may update prices; the price of a confirmed order does not change.
3. Placing an order
An order is placed once the order form has been completed and a confirmation email has been received. Confirmation is not a guarantee of availability, but we will contact you immediately if materials run short.
Personalised (configured) products are made specifically for you after the order is confirmed.
For a delivery address outside Bulgaria the submitted form is an inquiry, not an order. A binding order arises only after we have told you the shipping cost, the expected delivery time and the payment method, and you have expressly confirmed them.
4. Payment
For deliveries within Bulgaria we accept cash on delivery only — you pay the courier in cash, in euro, when the parcel arrives. We do not accept bank transfer or card prepayment.
Cash on delivery is not available outside Bulgaria. For those orders the payment method is agreed individually together with the shipping cost, before the order becomes binding.
5. Delivery
Within Bulgaria we deliver through Econt Express — to an office or to an address. Production takes 1–2 working days after the order is confirmed, and standard delivery a further 2–3 working days after handover to the courier. The shipping cost is calculated dynamically and shown at checkout.
Parcels are carried by Econt. In case of transport damage, contact us within 48 hours.
Outside Bulgaria we ship with an international courier. Transit time depends on the destination country — usually 3–8 working days after handover to the courier, and longer for more distant destinations. Production again takes 1–2 working days and is added to that time.
The shipping cost and the expected delivery window are given to you before the order becomes binding. The stated times are estimates and depend on the courier and on customs formalities where these apply.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under Article 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, which implements Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised — which is what these frames are.
In case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part we take full responsibility: we replace the product free of charge or refund the amount. Contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photograph of the defect.
For standard (non-personalised) products, where any are offered, the 14-day withdrawal period applies.
7. Liability
The frames are decorative. Fitting them is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting or use.
Images on the site are illustrative — the actual product may differ slightly in colour shade.
Car manufacturer logos are registered trademarks of the respective manufacturers and are used solely to identify product compatibility.
What may be displayed around a licence plate is set by the law of the country where the vehicle is registered. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the chosen design complies with the rules applicable there.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, texts and images on the site belong to NameYourCar.store or are used with permission. Copying or using them without express written consent is prohibited.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act. The competent court is the relevant Bulgarian court, except where mandatory rules of jurisdiction in consumer disputes provide otherwise.
This does not deprive a consumer habitually resident in another EU Member State of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of that state.
In case of a dispute you may file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection, or refer the matter to the general conciliation commissions attached to it — kzp.bg. A consumer resident in another Member State may also use the alternative dispute resolution body of their own country.
